Ordering/Delivery/Postal Charges/returns

Ordering

 

Depending on our workload, our order processing schedule varies from week to week but we suggest allow 7-10 business days from when you place your order to despatch from our workroom. At busier times (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas & Valentines Day) it may take slightly longer.


We hand make our lingerie to each individual order, so please be patient. Each piece is carefully made in our workroom and we pride ourselves on producing high quality garments in exquisite designs. 
We handle each order in turn and process everything chronologically.


Delivery

 

UK
We send out all UK orders out using Royal Mail 24 which should arrive 1-2 days after despatch.
Please be patient and allow for manufacturing time as well as delivery time.

Overseas
We send out all our orders via the UK Royal Mail international service. On leaving the UK, your consignment is passed to your country's postal service for onward transit.
Delivery times vary depending on how long it takes for customs clearance and local postal services. Please be patient and allow for manufacturing time as well as delivery time.
From despatch date, we suggest the following transit times:
Europe: 2+ weeks
USA: 3+ weeks
Australia: 4+ weeks

We do not post to certain international destinations due to the unreliability of their postal services. Sadly too many parcels get ‘lost’ or are returned to us as ‘undelivered’. For orders over the value of £200, we are happy to arrange a door-to-door courier service to any of the following destinations. Please let us know and we can obtain a quote for you.

Postage Costs

 

UK

£2.99 or free if you spend over £150.


Overseas

£15.00. Any import taxes or duty fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Harness Brazaar.

 

Returns

 

All our handmade items are are made to order, so we are not obliged to offer refunds (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 bespoke items are exempt from cancellation rights). However, if you wish to exchange an item for a replacement in a different size of the same design we will agree to a swap if you return the unworn item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. We are not able to offer replacements for knickers or thongs (for hygiene reasons).
